Robbie went on to bed and I stayed up. I tried to get caught up on my blog. I listened in the other room for a bit, but they seemed to go right to sleep.
Both Elise and Rachel got up at 6:00am and were in our room. About 30 minutes later, Valerie woke up.
I was wondering how the bathing would go this morning. She is ten years old, I didn't know if she would allow me to help her or not. She didn't seem to have a problem at all and let me help her with her hair. We all got showered and dressed to go down to breakfast.

I let her put whatever she wanted on her plates. I assumed that she was excited about the buffet and being able to pick anything that she wanted to eat. It helped me to know which foods she liked and which ones she didn't.

We went back to the room. We still had a couple hours before we went back to the civil affairs office to complete our paperwork.

Rachel was painting her toenails and Valerie thought it was the funniest thing. I asked her if she wanted me to paint hers, she looked at me like I had two heads and she said no.
