Breakfast At Le Meridien in Chongqing China

An entire post on the breakfast buffet at the hotel.

A wonderful noodle dish.

You tell, or point to the noodles you want. (Rice or wheat)
He then puts them in boiling water, adds some bok choy.
When they are done cooking, he places them in a bowl and you add your toppings.
Soy sauce, pepper sauce, black bean sauce, salt, vinegar

This has been one of our favorite dishes.

Other options are:

Cold cuts

Cheese and crackers

Fresh crabs

A variety of spicey noodle dishes

Sushi

Bacon, Sausage and Eggs

Salad bar

Jellies.
I haven't quite figured this one out.  They are sitting on ice with nothing next to but bowls.  Apparently to eat by itself?

Dry cereal

Hot cereal

Waffles and pancakes with toppings

Which is Robbie's favorite

Danish

Breads

And fruit.
This is dragon fruit and lychee, but they also have watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe.

Chocolate covered donut with rice Krispy on the top.

They also have an omelet and egg station.  Nothing exciting about it, so no picture.  Haha

I am going to include some photos of the pool and gym for those who are traveling soon.
